New Elite sanders from QuickWood

The New Elite series from QuickWood is out in an Elite 1100 Vacuum and Elite 1400 Vacuum model. An Elite 800 Vacuum and Elite 1300 Vacuum will follow at the IWF 2007 show. The Elite Series is equipped with Touch Screen controls and automatic programs for easy operation. The other big benefit the Elite come with is the reversible spindles that allow the customer to use 2 different sandpaper grits inside the machine, for easy white wood and sealer sanding. Many other finishing sanders finds a happy medium between white wood grit sandpaper and a sealer grit sandpaper only to end up with a happy medium and not the perfect grit for either operation. This problem is now solved in the Elite series from Quickwood. The next great thing about the Elite Series is a very strong Vacuum system that holds even small frames and draw fronts firmly in place while sanded. As always QuickWood's large scale production of machinery guaranties the best prices on the market and with a North American warehouse and service team, the Elite series from QuickWood is a perfect fit for any kitchen Cabinet manufacture. The machine will speed up production of slow areas like hand sanding before sealer coats and in-between sealer and top coat. This machine will make money for you day one in production.

We have been using our 2 QuickWood "ELITE" 1100 Series Sanders for 4 months now and our production has increased by 60% and our quality is like we have never had before...GREAT.

Our customers have made comment on how much nicer our doors look now compared to the ones from 6 months ago.

The training went very smoothly and the technician, Matt Deckard, spent quality time with my employees to where they were getting the same quality door as Matt in a day and a half.

The machines have had NO problems and we are looking at the QuickWood Cd2-300 Sander for our trim pieces here in the next couple of weeks.

Thanks,

Tim

Our new QuickWood Elite sander has been in production for 30 days and "no problems" We can't believe the incredible improvement in our sanding department.

We make raw doors and don't finish them.

We just sell them to other finishers and the have commented on how nice the doors being run through the Quickwood are now.

They say that the stain is more consistant than before and there a no fibers popping threw the sealer. So this makes their sealer sanding much easier.

Just thought you would like to know.

Thanks,

I use the NEW QuickWood Elite 800 Series Sander in my shop now.

I have found it to be of excellent and performance.

It allows a tremendous amount of flexibility without the hassle of having to change the abrasives every time you switch from white wood sanding to sealer sanding due to the reversing spindles.

The QuickWood Elite Series Sander is perfect for me and saves me time and MONEY!

Their customer support is also first class.

Thanks for saving me money and time to spend with my family.

BTW, love the QuickWood Elite 1100.
To keep current, I've tried many others and nothing even comes close to qualityr, performance, flexibility and ease of use.
I am glad I got the Elite Series.
You also have the best tech support by far."

I am happy to let you know that I feel your customer service and quality sander are absolutely a class act.

I have never been met with such an effective customer service by any machinery company or any other company.

Please accept my greatest gratitude.
I would also like to give my compliments for your excellent product.

My QuickWood PRO1300 was already a very user friendly sander.

But this new QuickWood Elite 1300 is so much more user friendly.

It is definitely a pleasure to work with the new version of QuickWoods."

I have recently purchased a QuickWood Elite Sander and am very happy with the machine.

It is amazing how many features are available within the base machine.

I am also very impressed by the quality and the speed of the technical support provided by the Sand-Tech, Inc. / QuickWood staff."
